"SUCH A TIME AS THIS"

On the morning of September the 11th, in the U.S.A. there took place some of the most terrible events ever witnessed in that country. Events that shook the whole world, and from which it may never recover, or be the same.
Muslim extremists hijacked four Commercial Jet Airliners, fully laden with fuel. Two they crashed into the twin towers of the World Trade Centre, on Manhattan Island, one they crashed into the Pentagon, and it seems probable that they intended to crash the fourth into the White House. However in this fourth case, some of the passengers decided to try to take the control of the airplane from the terrorists, and the resulting struggle caused it to miss the target and crash into a field in another State killing all the occupants.
The loss of life was horrific, more than six thousand, in the World trade centre, some hundreds in the Pentagon, as well as all the occupants of the airplanes. Suddenly, thousands of souls were ushered into eternity. Some gained an early entrance into heaven and thus into eternal joy and bliss indescribable. Others into the horror, and the misery of eternal Hell!
The terrorists that hijacked the airplanes, and caused this terrible carnage, willingly sacrificed their lives, because of a lying promise given them by their Muslim religious leaders, that they would immediately enter heaven. The heaven promised in the Q’uran is just an eternal sex orgy, in beautiful gardens.
However within a few seconds of the crash, those wicked men awoke to find themselves in the flames of Hell. They instantly realized their great mistake, and are now full of regret. There they curse themselves for believing the lies of their Mullahs, who sooner or later will join them there. Also they are cursed by the people; who’s earthly lives they so abruptly and brutally terminated. Those people that they suddenly plunged into eternal misery, and put beyond the reach of God’s grace. Each of these people also had been given many opportunities to hear the Gospel, and to receive Jesus Christ as their Savior, but had either rejected God’s free gift of salvation; or else like so many more, they had put off until another time, the matter of their soul’s salvation.
My dear friends please do not be so foolish as to put off this all-important matter. Life is so brief, it is so uncertain, accept Christ as your Savior now. You do not know when you too may be called out of time into eternity. It may be today!
God loves you, He desires your present and eternal happiness. It is only sin that can rob you of this happiness. God hates sin, which is ugly, and dirty, and God, who is holy, cannot have it in His presence. It is sin, (the bad, the evil things you have done), that separates you from God.
So that He may express His great love for you and at the same time to express His hatred of sin. To show both His love, and His righteousness, God became man, in the person of the Lord Jesus Christ. After living a sinless life for thirty-three and one half years, the Lord Jesus went to the cross of Calvary. While hanging on that cruel cross He was made sin for us. At mid-day the whole earth was clothed in darkness, and during those hours of darkness, God poured upon Him, all His holy wrath against sin. The Lord Jesus bore all this without complaint. God’s holy wrath was there exhausted, and the Lord Jesus cried, "It is finished!" He then bowed His holy head and died. He was buried, but arose from the dead on the third day. He is in heaven now, but he offers to all that will repent of their sins, and put their personal faith and trust in Him; a free and a full pardon. He offers to cleanse each repentant believing sinner, from every sin, to make them perfectly righteous in the presence of God. The moment a person repents of their sin, and puts their faith and trust in Him alone, He gives to that person the gift of eternal life, and to assure that person of their salvation, imparts the Holy Spirit to them as a gift.
Please get a Bible and read the following verses, which prove the truth here expounded. Then bow your head in God’s presence, confess to Him that you are a sinner, put your faith and trust in Christ, and receive Him as your Savior. God will save you now, please don’t put it off!
